A: Fulton bootcamp is designed for women of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Most of my workouts are split up into stations, allowing each individual to tailor their intensity and exercises based on their fitness level. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a challenge, our trainers will provide guidance and modifications to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Your fitness progress is my priority!

A: You should bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel.

A: Fulton bootcamp is well-equipped with a variety of exercise gear to ensure a dynamic and comprehensive workout experience. You'll have access to kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, dumbbells, BodyPump bars, Bosu balls, medicine balls, mini bands, and battle ropes.
